Beginning in the fall of 2021, the Rattlers started competing in the East Division of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) after a lengthy period in the MEAC. Throughout their football program’s history, the Rattlers have earned 16 black college football championships, 29 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association titles, eight MEAC championships, one SWAC championship, and one I-AA national title. They have established themselves as the premier HBCU in college football’s highest tier. Such remarkable achievements warrant a fitting tribute, which is why we’ve created the 1887 Florida A&M University Jacket.

This jacket is crafted from 100% authentic wool fabric in a rich dark green color. It features long sleeves with knitted cuffs, a knitted collar, and two side pockets. Additionally, it has a front snap tab button closure with high-quality buttons. The outerwear is designed for durability, material used for both the outer surface and the inner viscose lining.
